Dr. Ranga is a renowned management consultant and trainer in Personal and Professional Effectiveness about 20 years of Industrial & Consulting experience in Senior Positions in the areas of Training, Administration, Marketing, and Market Promotions. A gifted communicator who can clarify traditionally difficult topics without losing any of the richness that mere simplification can bring, Dr. Ranganathan’s special skill of assisting people to integrate what they learn during training, while they are learning it, has earned him a loyal following amongst the NLP Practitioners community and his corporate clients alike. The nature of his work spans Consulting, Coaching and Counselling in areas such as Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, Assertiveness, Conflict Management, Time Management & Effective Delegation and Training in the areas of Personal Growth, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Customer Interaction, Telephone Skills, Selling & Negotiating Skills.

He was instrumental in spreading the NLP movement in Asia during the last five years. He is the author of the highly acclaimed “The Sight, Sound and Strategy for Success” a manageable and usable workbook in the area of NLP.
